Getting Started

Is Asera free to use?

Yes.
The Asera marketplace is free for customers and businesses to join.
Businesses can list their services and customers can explore the marketplace without paying any fees.

How do I create an account?
  1. Open the Asera website
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Enter your name, email, and password
  4. Start exploring the marketplace

Once registered, you can connect with businesses and plan services.

For Customers

How do I find a service?

You can search by:

  • Service type (photographer, caterer, DJ, etc.)
  • Location
  • Business name
  • Category

Browse listings and choose the provider that best fits your needs.

How do I contact a business?

Each business profile has a contact or request button.
You can:

  • Send a message
  • Request a quote
  • Ask questions about services
  • Schedule a consultation

For Businesses

How do I list my business?

To list your business on Asera:

  1. Create an account
  2. Select Register as a Business
  3. Add your business details
  4. Upload photos of your work
  5. List your services and pricing

Once approved, your business will appear in the marketplace.

What are the benefits of joining Asera?

Businesses on Asera can:

  • Reach new customers

How do customers find my business?

How do I reset my password?
  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Follow the instructions in the reset email

Over time, we aim to introduce additional verification and trust signals to improve customer confidence.

How do I report a problem?

If you experience issues with a business or user, you can:

  • Use the Report feature on the profile
  • Contact the Asera support team

We review reports to maintain a safe marketplace.
